the facilities were very clean and room fairly new looking. all appliances worked well and the shower had great pressure. it is evident the manager of the hotel truly cares. breakfast was above other BW i have stayed at.

Breakfast was fresh, a variety of foods, conveniently located. 2nd day of stay some items weren't stocked though. (green tea and cereal bowls.) Our room was nice and close to the lobby, great advantage with a 4 year old in tow.

I was planning a trip from NYC to Buffalo and the hotel was on our road the facilities is good for my needs but the cleanliness wasn't as expected Great Breakfast included

The breakfast is amazing! The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and kind. My kids love the cookies in the lobby!
